My wife and I had an amazing time snorkeling through Island Adventures! Kevin and Captain Teo we're wonderful guides who made us feel at ease as a couple who have never been snorkeling. Our group was quite a few first timers and they explained everything and we're confident and helpful getting everyone situated. They were funny and Kevin makes some great margaritas as well. We're looking forward to booking more activities with them when we come back to the Isla. Thanks again!

Excellent snorkelling tour - highly recommend. You go to 3 different places so you see variety of fish, and the lunch which is included is really good. The groups aren’t too big & the guides are helpful. Definitely a great thing to do when on Isla Mujeres!

Kevin, our tour guide, was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, attentive, and made the trip a lot of fun. Sergio and Fernando also made for a great crew and a wonderful experience. A MUST SEE if you come to Isla Mujeres!
Wonderful snorkeling experience

Had so much fun snorkeling around the island. Diego and the captain made sure we we OK and felt safe, we made 3 stops where he showed us the best spots for fish and took us to the MUSA underwater museum. We also stopped for lunch at a local beach club. Would definitely recommend Diego and the team, as we had a wonderful time with them.

We did the snorkelling tour with Diego and Miguel and had an amazing time. Diego was a great guide making sure everyone was safe, and having a fun time. He took lots of photos and videos of us, and shared interesting info on the surroundings. We stopped at 3 locations and saw loads of fish, corals, and sunken monuments under the water. The lunch at the end was tasty and a lively spot. I would recommend these guys it was a very professional and enjoyable tour.

We’ve have snorkeled in many places previously but, nothing compared to the beautiful blue crystal waters of Isla Mujeres & no better team than Island Adventures! Our crew was so fun & kind, especially Manny. I also witnessed them going out there way to satisfy another tourist with their needs. I really loved seeing that it wasn’t all about the business, but truly cared about the experience. Would absolutely book them again when I return!

We booked through their website based on their great reviews here. Completely worth it! Great service by Kevin and his partner. The boat is small and made for a little bit of a choppy cruise but nothing too bad at all. The equipment they provided was great. The package included a new, sealed snorkel, tempered glass snorkel goggles and properly fitted swim fins. This makes for all the difference in the experience. We learned that two days later with another snorkel excursion in the island of Cozumel. After checking three different beautiful areas full of colorful fish and reefs, we stopped at a local shoreside restaurant for the grilled fish lunch. The website says BBQ fish but it’s not really “BBQ” . They are deliciously seasoned, wood grilled fish accompanied with rice, small side cabbage salad and a noodle dish.
This was not a party boat with beer and tequila but that’s not what we were looking for anyway. If you want to see some neat areas with beautiful fish and property fitting gear, book with this company!

This was not a tour with a big fancy boat, but the personal touch was definitely there! Diego was our guide and we were all so impressed with his knowledge and his swimming ability and love for what he does! He was so personable and made our day special. The captain did a great job keeping the boat close and we felt like we were in great hands.

We really enjoyed out snorkeling trip with Diego and his team! We were initially a little worried about bringing our 5-year-old with us. But they made sure my kid was safe the whole time. They provided drinks on the boat and served us a delicious meal. It was definitely more than what I was expecting. My whole family all enjoyed the trip a lot! Thank you all.

Snorkeling on Isla Mujeres

My family and I had a wonderful time snorkeling with Island Adventures! We were taken to three different snorkeling spots including the underwater museum (which was honestly the most underwhelming of the three). Our crew, Sergio, Fernando, and Jesus Fernando were all very friendly and helpful. They were attentive to the couple passengers who experienced sea-sickness and made everyone feel comfortable. We saw many different kinds of fish and a beautiful coral reef. While we expected to eat lunch at a beach club, we were served ceviche and sandwiches (with heavily poured margaritas :) ) on the boat at the end of the trip. The issue ended up being on TripAdvisor’s/Viator’s end and Island Adventures were very communicative to help us resolve the issue. We had originally booked our trip on a day with choppy, rough waters but Island Adventures rescheduled our trip to a day with much better conditions, at our request. Overall, I would highly recommend this snorkel trip and appreciate the accommodations made for my family and I!

It was a great tour, worth every penny! All three guides did an amazing job (Fernando Sergio and Juan I believe) and the lunch was insane - some of the best ceviche we jad during the whole trip to Mexico. Thanks for making it an amazing experience!
