Best dive shop on Isla Mujeres!

Forget about the other dive shops at the Playa Norte end of the island. This is a true full service dive shop in every sense and the way one should be run. Everyone from Pablo, Enrique, Capt. Jesus to young Jose, are super friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to accommodate all my demanding needs and made sure I felt safe and had a great experience on all 6 of my dives with them. I highly recommend Casa del Buceo to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres!
Diving and Whale Shark Tours A*

Pablo and his team were awesome! Enrique was really safe and fun to dive with. He has amazing eyes underwater and spotted so many little things that I would have never caught on my own. The shallow reefs of Isla provide easy diving and they are full of life! The night dive ranked as one of my top dives because there was so much to see!
The whale shark tours were also stellar with these guys. Enrique and Jose were great guides in the water and Darwin is a master at positioning the boat for the best spot for you to jump in. Also an extra thanks to Pablo for offering to switch us days for better conditions.
I would recommend booking the Whale Sharks twice. The first time you do it you will be so excited that it is hard to take it all in. Doing it a second time really allowed me create memories that my wife and I will never forget. Plus every day is different so the experience changes. I can’t think of a better way to spend $125.

Casa del Buceo… a must do!

This was our second experience with Casa Del Buceo, and it was again, amazing. We had taken a scuba tour in November, which so much fun. When we asked about the whale shark experience, they recommended returning in late June early July, so we did. It was breathtaking!
Enrique is an excellent guide and JesĂşs is an excellent captain. We were the first to locate a school of whale sharks once out in the open water, which gave us some uninterrupted time with these beautiful fish.
We will be coming back for more!

Amazing snorkeling!!!

This was such an unbelievable experience. Can’t recommend it more!! Guides were so knowledgeable and kind. My best friend and I came upon this company on trip advisor and were so impressed by their amazing reviews, and they are all 100% spot on. Pablo helped us day of and was so flexible. Enrique and Pepe took us out and set us up with amazing equipment that made us feel so comfortable for our first time snorkeling. Unfortunately my friend got nauseous in the water, but they guys were so helpful and understanding. It was just us two on the boat and the water was perfect, so so gorgeous!! Pepe pointed out some barracuda and gorgeous fish along the way. I can’t wait to return to Isla Mujeres and visit them again :)

Due to uncertainties with Airlines, we did not book any activities for our trip to Cancun. upon reaching Isla Mujeres, Rented a golf cart and wandered around the island. I am an NON SWIMMER but I enjoy snorkeling. went to Casa Del Buceo after seeing their sign board and we are glad we did that. The owner at Casa Del Buceo was very friendly, helpful and informative. Understanding my limitation (Zero Swimmer) he explained everything, made me comfortable and assigned Louis to be our guide in water. Louis is an excellent guide, who helped our family enjoy the snorkeling while making sure that I am safe and enjoying too. I will bring my daughter back for her first diving experience next year
